Fluctuation of Matter

Look closely. This is a frozen-in-time dance of atoms. Each of these atoms is an eternal wanderer, witness to the birth of stars and the fall of civilizations. They were once part of an ancient ocean, dust on a distant planet, part of something alive. Now, for a fleeting moment in the scale of the universe, they have paused here, forming a delicate and fragile pattern we call “matter.” This ephemeral state, this “fluctuation,” is all that we are given. It is a bridge between the eternity of atoms and the transience of material forms.
